Why We Don't Teach Diets
The word "diet" has been co-opted by an industry that profits from our insecurity. At Eat Pretty Please, we're reclaiming nourishment.
Most of us were never taught how to understand food in relationship to our bodies, our biology, or our basic needs. In a world full of rules, busy schedules and opinions, we lost connection to what nourishment actually feels like.

- Guilt and shame associated with eating
- Disconnection from natural hunger cues
